I am a member of a travelling golf group and we play here once a month, on average. This course, as with many others, in Central Florida suffers from a limited amount of water to maintain the grasses. The staff does a masterful job at a most difficult task of maintaining the grounds in the excellence of conditions as found in my many visits.

This was our second visit to Lake Wales in as many years. There were 6 of us on our 7th annual trip from Europe to Florida. We cannot recommend all aspects of this facility any higher, fantastic hospitality and friendliness of staff in all areas of the club.

Re-evaluate since last comment. Course has improved and undergone a recent management change which has had an immediate up-grade in the "feel" of this course. The morale change of the staff and grounds-keepers is so apparent even casual customers feel it. Hoping that this will continue and bring back a grand old area course to its previous well deserved standing.
